Akz IT Solutions provides website development, mobile app development, IT consulting, digital marketing, SEO, and support & maintenance services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and cost for any engagement will be defined in a written proposal or agreement before work begins.

3. Quotations and Payments

All project quotations are valid for the period specified in the proposal and are subject to change if project scope changes.
Projects typically require an advance payment before work begins, with remaining payments tied to agreed milestones.
Delayed payments may result in a pause of ongoing work until outstanding amounts are cleared.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and required content (text, images, credentials) needed to complete the project. Delays in providing this information may affect the agreed project timeline.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables (source code, design files) is transferred to the client, except for any third-party tools, licensed assets, or frameworks used, which remain subject to their respective licenses. Akz IT Solutions retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Revisions and Changes

Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions as outlined in the proposal. Requests beyond the agreed scope may be treated as additional work and quoted separately.

7. Support & Maintenance

Post-launch support is provided as specified in the project agreement. Extended or ongoing support beyond this period is available through our Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) plans.

8. Limitation of Liability

Akz IT Solutions strives to deliver reliable, well-tested work but is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered websites, applications, or services, including third-party service outages beyond our control.

9. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation terms and any applicable refunds for work already completed will be handled on a case-by-case basis as outlined in the individual project agreement. Advance payments are generally non-refundable once development work has commenced.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bihar, India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
